Mickey Amigurumi

Hi again friend first I want to introduce My new friend I got him last week and he's such a cutie



and here's some cutnest overload





he's name is Stitch <3



Ok so now let's be serious well not much and let's get to work

I decide to do an amigurmi for my friend second daughter and she love mickey

I wanted to do something special and so far this amigurmi is my biggest




from that angle he look huge lol



so let's start with the "how to do it" this amigurumi

for that project you will need:

-yarn I use red heart confort in:- black
                                                  -white
                                                  -yellow
 -loop & threads Impeccable in: - heather (beige) or any skin like color
-black and white felt
-stuffing
-4 mm hook
-scissors
-fabric glue
-yarn needle
-2 white buttons

the stitch used:
-SC= single crochet
-HDC= half double crochet
-SLST= slip stitch
-DEC= decrease 2 SC together
-MC= magic circle
-ST= stitch


Head

Row 1: MC and do 6 SC in it pull tight
Row 2: 2 SC in each ST (12 SC)
Row 3: SC in next SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat ( 18 SC )
Row 4: SC in next 2 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (24 SC)
Row 5: SC in next 3 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (30 SC)
Row 6: SC in next 4 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (36 SC)
Row 7: SC in next 5 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (42 SC)
Row 8: SC in next 6 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (48 SC)
Row 9: SC in next 7 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (54 SC)
Row 10: SC in next 8 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (60 SC)
Row 11: SC in next 9 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (66 SC)
Row 12: SC in next 10 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (72 SC)
Row 13: SC in next 11 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (78 SC)
Row 14: SC in next 12 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (84 SC)
Row 15/26: SC all around (84 SC)
Row 27: SC in next 12 SC, DEC, repeat (78 SC)
Row 28: SC in next 11 SC, DEC, repeat (72 SC)
Row 29: SC in next 10 SC, DEC, repeat (66 SC)
Row 30: SC in next 9 SC, DEC, repeat (60 SC)
Row 31: SC in next 8 SC, DEC, repeat (54 SC)
Row 33: SC in next 7 SC, DEC, repeat (48 SC)
Row 34: SC in next 6 SC, DEC, repeat (42 SC)

SLST in next ST leave a long tail of yarn to be able to join the head to the body



Ears (make 2)



Row 1: MC and do 6 SC in it
Row 2: 2 SC in each ST (12 SC)
Row 3: SC in next SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (18 SC)
Row 4: SC in next 2 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (24 SC)
Row 5: SC in next 3 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (30 SC)
Row 6: SC in next 4 SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat (36 SC)
Row 7: SC all around
SLST in next ST keep a tail long enough to join to the head

now let's do the "face" part




Eyes (make 2) in beige

to make this part you will have to make a foundation chain
chain 2 wrap yarn over the hook once
insert in second chain from hook


pull trough once



now pull trough all 3 loop




now you have 1 foundation chain



10  foundation chain
- 3 HDC in first ST from hook
-9 HDC, CH 2, 10 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 10 HDC
-CH 2, 10 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 10 HDC
CH 1 pull cut yarn keep long tail



Mouth


foundation chain 20
3 HDC in first ST from hook, 18 HDC, 3 HDC in same ST, 21 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 20 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 20 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 21 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 23 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC, 1 HDC, 2 HDC in same ST, 2 HDC in same ST,

join with the eyes by doing SC around






join the bottom of the eyes with mouth



and HDC in between the eyes to join



now join with head make sure to slightly stuff the face



Nose in beige

Row 3: SC around
Row 4: SC in next SC, 2 SC in same ST
Row 5: SC around
Row 6: SC in same 2 SC, 2 SC in same ST
Row 7: SC around
Row 8: SC in next 3 SC, 2 SC in same ST
Row 9: SC around
Row 10: SC in next 4 SC, 2 SC in same ST

stuff join to face


Nose tip in black


Row 1: MC do 6 SC in it
Row 2: 2 SC in each ST

join the white button





to make tail use the I-cord technique



Hands/arms make 2 with white and black




start with white

Row 1: MC and do 6 SC in it
Row 2: 2 SC in each stitch
Row 3: SC in next SC, 2 SC in same SC, repeat
Row 4/5: SC around
Row 6: do 3 SC in front loop the rest normal SC all around
Row 7/8: SC around
Row 9: SC in front loop all around
Row 10/11: SC around
cut yarn

join in the 3 front loop space







Try to form a circle by doing SC to form the thumb for 2 Row






cut yarn and weave in the tail in between stitch to close the thumb





add the three little black stripe on top of the hand





now join with black in the back loop row and do 15 row of SC all around to from the arm

stuff join to body





Feet and legs make 2


Row 1: MC and do 6 SC in it
Row 2: 2 SC in each ST
Row 3: SC in next SC, 2 SC in same SC
Row 4: SC in the next 2 SC, 2 SC in same SC
Row 5/8: SC around
Row 9: CH 1 turn 20 SC
Row 10/13: CH 1 turn 20 SC





fold the piece join with SLST




join yarn to form an edging SC around

SC in front loop all around

SC around for 2 row

with black join in the back loop
SC around for 15 row
join with red
SC around  for 5 row

stuff

join to the body

add eyes with felt and you're done!
